Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard Shipping: $6 flat rate, FREE on orders over $45. Estimated delivery 7–14 business days.
International Shipping: We ship to 27 countries via DHL and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and selected service. Estimated delivery 7–21 business days depending on destination.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. AuraVal is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Stolen Packages: AuraVal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at auraval.store@gmail.com
